It's interesting to see how the word "blog" has developed over time. The origin of ships pulling logs behind them to record speeds suddenly becomes the basis of people putting their ideas on the internet. Strange evolution, but it makes sense. I like the fact that blogs are a way to be creative and self expressive through words. I also like that blogs don't have to be credible; they can be a rant about someone's kids in the morning, or they can be about new scientific research with an opinion. It allows people to be free and say what they want, and it also can be public. I enjoy this idea. I feel it is safer than politics, because no body's life can be endangered personally if some audience were to get upset. I personally enjoy poem blogs; moreso writing them than reading them, but its fun either way.
He stands there watching
He sees nothing
He dreams everything
Nobody is listening
Who is to know
The truth
Deep within
His eyes
